So when I decided to begin overhauling my morning routine, I told myself that doing some form of exercise would be great, and it would help to get me ready for the day. I’m not going to lie, I doubted this thought to begin with.
That was until I discovered yoga.
Let me tell you I’m so glad I’ve found yoga, not for just the physical benefits, but also for the mental and emotional benefits too.
Now, honestly, yoga won’t be for everyone and it’s a slow process to get into it. To finally feel like you don’t look like a complete banana with your leg kicked in the air or your arms wrapped around your body. If I’d had started doing yoga in front of the mirror, let me tell you, I wouldn’t have gotten past day one!
