My Smoked Salmon, Spinach and Feta Frittata

Baking eggs with salmon, spinach and Feta cheese is as tasty as it sounds. High in protein, healthy fats and of course vitamins and minerals!

James and I had this one night whilst trying the Keto diet and my god it was tasty. It makes three servings, but could probably do four if you want to have this for breakfast and lunch at work. It’s super easy to make and is a really filling meal.

If you’re not on Keto and just looking for a low carbohydrate meal option then this is ideal. Salmon, eggs and spinach combine really well together. Eggs are a good source of protein and salmon provides both protein and omega 3 fats.
