Banana and Oatmeal Pancakes are delicious healthy pancakes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. You won’t miss any of it! There’s zero butter or oil in these pancakes too (unless of course, you fry yours using butter or oil). These light and fluffy pancakes will keep you full and satisfied without all of the fillers. They are whipped up in a blender in no time at all.
The texture is definitely a little different to regular pancakes because of the oats and lack of raising agent. But with almost 4 grams of protein per pancake, this recipe produces a great breakfast food for those looking for something to really fill them up till lunch.

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes. A simple recipe made with only 7 ingredients - oats, almond milk, banana, eggs, egg whites, baking powder, salt, and a touch of real maple syrup. Sugar-free, oil-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free pancakes! At only 90kcals each, these are perfect for a healthy alternative to American pancakes.
In a blender, pour in the almond milk, eggs, egg white, banana, maple syrup, vanilla (optional), rolled oats, baking powder and salt.
Blend until smooth.
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or place coconut oil or butter in. Pour pancake batter into pan in round circles.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle with real maple syrup or toppings of your choice!
